Old Business
Martha made motion to approve Minutes of May 21, 2015 as written. Helene second, all in favor
New Business
1.Motion made to withdraw $800.00 from the Bridge Repair Expendable Trust Fund (0034) to pay for Mountain Valley Fabrication Shop Invoice # 407886 dated 5/21/15.
Discussion. This was for the bridge on Valley Cross Road. Invoice available for review, letter from the Select Office, and signed by the Selectmen. Now waiting for the minutes of the Select Meeting to be published. Check will be available when the minutes are published.
Martha made motion, Helene second, all in favor.
2. Helene had talked to Northway Bank about ICS for town funds. We have to have town funds insured. ICS is a structured CD over a number of banks, managed by one and insured. Helene’s concern is the book keeping be adequate.
3. Martha is attending the advanced annual NH Trustee of Trust Fund Meeting in Concord on June 22.
